When we receive your questionnaire, we will match your requirements with one of our specialized designers. Your designer will contact you to schedule an onsite consultation to discuss your landscaping and budgetary requirements. There will be a nominal fee for this consultation.
During this consultation our goal is to quickly assess your existing landscape and site conditions, identify your goals and direction, and to determine the Project Scope and Design Fee. Please provide as much of the following information for the consultation as you can.
This information not only speeds the process but also helps us better determine your needs and how much design work might be required to accomplish your goals.
-Plat or survey of the property, a grading plan, and a house floor plan
-Pictures from magazines or addresses of favorite landscapes and plants
Design fees will be determined by the designer, depending on the scope of the project.
The Design package might include:
- Preliminary plans
- Client meetings
- Master plans
- Illustrated plant lists
- Materials specifications
- Detailed cost proposal of the installation
Project implementation is scheduled upon receipt of a signed cost proposal and deposit. The designer works with the rest of our experienced construction team overseeing the design aspects of the project implementation and communicating progress and any potential changes with you.
Your designer and our maintenance team will remain available to answer any questions or provide ongoing maintenance for your completed landscape.
